1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including when you create an account, use our services, or communicate with us. This may include:

• Account information (email address, username)
• Usage data and preferences
• Communication data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your transactions
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Communicate with you about products, services, and events

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist in our operations
• Professional advisers
• Law enforcement when required by law

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

To delete your account and everything in it, open Settings in the app and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page. We remove your account and its data within 7 days of the request and email you when it is done. For any of the other rights above, email us at the address in section 11 from the address on the account.

6. Analytics & Usage Data

We use first-party, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how Bettorly is used, identify bugs, and prioritize feature work. We do not use third-party advertising trackers and do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Specifically, we collect:

• Anonymous usage events such as page views, feature interactions (building or saving a parlay), and clicks on "View on" buttons. When you are not signed in, these events are tied only to a random identifier stored in your browser's local storage.
• Aggregate referral information — the website that linked you to us (host name only, never the full URL) and any campaign tags in the URL you arrived from.
• For signed-in users, the anonymous identifier is linked to your account so we can analyze user-level retention and feature usage.

We use PostHog as our analytics provider. PostHog stores this data in the United States and processes it on our behalf. We honor theDo Not Track browser setting; if it is enabled, no analytics events are collected from your device. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies and do not require a cookie consent banner because no personally identifying data is stored in cookies.

You can request deletion of all your analytics data at any time by emailing us at the address in section 11. Internal Bettorly testers are filtered out of analytics by default.

7. Imported Parlay Data

Bettorly lets you import parlays from sportsbooks by pasting a share link or uploading a betslip screenshot. When you import a parlay, we collect and process:

• The share link or screenshot you provide.
• The leg details extracted from it (player names, markets, lines, odds, game IDs).
• For screenshot imports: the image is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for text extraction. Anthropic processes the image only to return the extracted leg data and does not use it to train its models. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

We retain a record of each import (the source link or filename, the extracted leg data, the match outcome, and any wager amount visible on the source) in our database. We use these records to measure and improve the accuracy of our import feature, and so you can review your full betting history. Audit records are scoped to your user account and protected by row-level security.

We also store the screenshot image itself. For a successful import, the image is kept in our storage so it can be shown alongside the bet it created. If an import fails, or if you discard or delete a bet that a screenshot created, we keep a copy of that image so we can diagnose what went wrong and improve the accuracy of the import feature. These images are scoped to your account and are not used for any other purpose.

If you delete the saved parlay an import created, we keep the audit record (with the linkage to your saved parlay nullified) so we can continue to measure import accuracy over time.

Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) removes your imported bets, your import audit records, and every screenshot image we hold for you.

8. Connected Sportsbooks

Bettorly's iOS app lets you connect a sportsbook account (such as DraftKings or FanDuel) so we can automatically sync your bet history. When you choose to connect:

• You log in directly on the sportsbook's own website inside an in-app browser window. We never see, transmit, or store your sportsbook username or password.
• After you finish logging in, our app captures the session cookie the sportsbook gave your browser. We encrypt this session and store it on our servers using Supabase Vault. The encryption key is held separately from the encrypted data.
• We use the captured session only to fetch your existing bet history from the sportsbook's read endpoints. We cannot place bets on your behalf. We cannot withdraw funds or move money. We cannot make any changes to your sportsbook account.
• Sportsbook sessions expire periodically (typically every 24-48 hours). When a session expires, we mark your connection inactive and prompt you to reconnect the next time you open the app.

You can disconnect a sportsbook at any time via Settings → Connected Sportsbooks → Disconnect. Disconnecting deletes the encrypted session immediately. Bet data we have already synced into your saved parlays remains in your account until you delete it.

Sportsbooks generally prohibit third-party programmatic access to user accounts in their Terms of Service. By connecting your sportsbook account through Bettorly, you acknowledge that doing so may violate the sportsbook's terms, and you take responsibility for that decision. Bettorly cannot guarantee that sportsbooks will permit this access indefinitely.

9. Billing and Payments

Bettorly Pro is sold as a subscription or as a one-time purchase. How your payment is handled depends on where you bought it:

• Through the Apple App Store: Apple processes the payment. We never see your payment method. Apple tells us only that a purchase exists and what it entitles you to.
• On the web: payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never sent to or stored on our servers.

We use RevenueCat to keep track of what you have purchased across the App Store and the web. RevenueCat receives your Bettorly account identifier and the purchase records for your account so that your subscription works on every device you sign in on.

In our own database we store a subscription record for your account: which product you bought, which store it came from, when it renews or expires, and whether it is currently active. We keep this record for as long as you have an account, and afterwards only as long as we need it for tax and accounting purposes.

10. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Communications

To enhance the security of your account, we offer two-factor authentication (2FA) which may require us to send you verification codes via text message or email. By enabling 2FA, you consent to:

• Receive verification codes via text message (SMS) or email for account authentication
• Receive security alerts and notifications related to your account access
• Receive important account-related communications via the contact methods you provide

You can manage your 2FA preferences and communication settings at any time through your account settings. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS messages, depending on your carrier plan.

We will only use your contact information for 2FA and security-related purposes. You can opt out of 2FA at any time, though this may reduce the security of your account.

12. Changes to This Policy
