Terms of Use
Last updated: August 24, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Bettorly LLC ("Bettorly," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Bettorly website (parlay.bettor.ly and betbettorly.com), the Bettorly iOS app, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
See also our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or subscribe to Bettorly. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the Service is lawful in the jurisdiction where you access it. Sports wagering laws vary by state and country; it is your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply where you are.
3. What Bettorly Is — and Isn't
Bettorly is a sports betting analytics and information tool. We show historical hit rates, statistical frequencies, and parlay-analysis tools drawn from public sports and odds data. Nothing on Bettorly is a recommendation to place any particular wager, and a historical frequency is not a promise about what happens next.
Bettorly is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, settle bets, or pay out winnings. Any wager you choose to place happens directly between you and a licensed third-party sportsbook — Bettorly has no role in that transaction and no ability to affect its outcome. Links from Bettorly to a sportsbook's site or app are provided for convenience only.
We do not warrant that any data, statistic, or analysis on the Service is accurate, complete, or current. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Verify anything that matters to you before you act on it.
4. Your Account
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your sign-in credentials secure, and to accept responsibility for activity that happens under your account.
Your account is for you. Accounts, sign-in credentials, and paid access are personal to a single person and may not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to anyone else.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use any automated means to extract data from the Service, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide
- Resell, redistribute, republish, syndicate, or otherwise commercially exploit the odds, statistics, hit rates, or analysis the Service provides, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. We license much of the underlying data and are not permitted to give it away
- Share your account or credentials with anyone else, or use someone else's account
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any entitlement check, usage limit, paywall, or other access control — including by creating multiple accounts to avoid a limit
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service, including the iOS app and the interface between the app and its native shell, except where that restriction is prohibited by law
- Place unreasonable load on the Service, or interfere with or disrupt its operation or the servers and networks it depends on. We may apply rate limits and other fair-use measures, including on pricing and sync requests
- Use the Service if you are under 21
6. Subscriptions, Term, and Auto-Renewal
Some Bettorly features require a paid subscription ("Bettorly Pro"). Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis — currently monthly or annual — plus a limited, capped one-time "Founder" purchase when the founder offer is open (§7). Prices are shown to you by the App Store or by our web checkout before you buy, in your local currency where applicable; we do not maintain a separate price list, and prices in this document would go stale, so we don't quote one here.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same term at the end of each billing period, and your payment method will be charged the then-current price for the next term, unless you cancel before the renewal date. The Founder purchase is one-time and does not renew.
7. Bettorly Founder
"Bettorly Founder" is a one-time purchase that gives you Bettorly Pro for as long as we operate the Service. It is a lifetime of the Service, not a lifetime of the purchaser, and it is not a promise that the Service will run for any particular length of time.
- It is tied to one Bettorly account and is not transferable and not shareable — it cannot be sold, gifted, assigned, or moved to another person or account.
- It covers Bettorly Pro as we offer it from time to time. Features may be added, changed, or removed (§14), and it does not entitle you to any separately priced product we may introduce later.
- If we discontinue the Service entirely, your Founder access ends with it. We are not obliged to refund a Founder purchase in that case, though we may choose to.
- It is not refundable if your account is terminated or if you close it, other than under the 14-day money-back window in §10. See §13.
8. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we increase the price of a subscription you're actively paying for, we will give you advance notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before the new price applies to your next billing period — a price change never affects a period you've already paid for. If you don't agree to a price increase, you can cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the subscription after that point means you accept the new price.
9. App Store Purchases (iOS)
If you subscribe or make a purchase through the Apple App Store, that purchase is billed by Apple, and it is subject to Apple's own Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's refund policies — not ours. Apple, not Bettorly, processes App Store refund requests; you can request one directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Settings on your device. We have no visibility into, and cannot expedite or override, Apple's refund decisions.
10. Web Purchases
Purchases made directly on parlay.bettor.ly (not through the App Store) are billed by us through our payment processor.
Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable, except at our discretion or where applicable law requires a refund. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
The one-time Founder purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase — contact us (§22) within that window for a full refund. After 14 days, the Founder purchase is non-refundable, except at our sole discretion or where applicable law requires a refund.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us (§22) and we'll look into it.
11. How to Cancel
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period, and you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.
- If you subscribed through the App Store: on your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Bettorly → Cancel Subscription. This is Apple's standard subscription-management flow; Bettorly cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf.
- If you subscribed on the web: in the app or on parlay.bettor.ly, go to Settings → Billing and choose Manage Subscription, or use the "Restore purchases" / "Already subscribed?" link if you're signed in on a different device.
12. Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deleting removes your account and the data associated with it — saved parlays, bet history, imported bets and betslip screenshots, connected sportsbooks, and your preferences. We complete the deletion within 7 days of your request and email you when it is done. It cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store, billing continues through Apple until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings (§11). Cancel first, then delete.
Deleting your account ends any paid access, including a Founder purchase, and does not entitle you to a refund. We may keep a limited record of the transaction where we are required to for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you break these Terms — in particular §5 (Acceptable Use) or §4 (account sharing) — if we're required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your use puts the Service, our data licences, or other users at risk. Where it's practical and appropriate, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.
If we terminate your account, we will refund the unused portion of any subscription period you have already paid for. That applies to subscriptions only — a Founder purchase is not refundable on termination. (The 14-day money-back window in §10 is separate: it runs from the date of purchase and is not affected by this section.) If we terminated your account because you broke these Terms, any refund is at our discretion.
If you close your own account (§12), no refund is due — for a subscription or for a Founder purchase.
On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately. §§5, 15, 16, 17 and 21 survive.
14. Changes to the Service
Bettorly changes over time. We may add, modify, or remove features, sports, leagues, data sources, and sportsbook coverage, and we may stop offering the Service altogether. Sports coverage in particular depends on active seasons and on the data we are licensed to show, and it will come and go. We'll give reasonable notice of a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes.
15. Our Intellectual Property
The Service — including its text, graphics, logos, interface, analysis methods, and software — is owned by Bettorly or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. We reserve every right we don't expressly grant you here.
Feedback you send us about the Service is not confidential, and we may use it without obligation to you.
16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service, including all statistics, hit rates, and analysis, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, and past frequency of an outcome is never a guarantee of a future result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bettorly and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any wagering losses you incur based on information shown in Bettorly, any loss of profits or data, and any unauthorized access to your data. Your use of any third-party sportsbook is governed by that sportsbook's own terms, and Bettorly is not a party to your relationship with it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bettorly and its owners, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Apple App Store — Additional Terms
These terms apply if you obtained the Bettorly app from the Apple App Store. Apple requires them, and where they conflict with the rest of these Terms, they win for the iOS app.
- This agreement is with us, not Apple. These Terms are between you and Bettorly only. Apple is not a party to them, and Bettorly — not Apple — is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Licence scope. Your licence to use the app is non-transferable and limited to Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, including through Family Sharing where Apple allows it.
- Support. Bettorly is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide either.
- Warranty. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation of any kind, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are Bettorly's responsibility.
- Claims. Bettorly, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim you or a third party makes about the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection or similar law.
- Intellectual property claims. If a third party claims the app infringes its intellectual property, Bettorly — not Apple — is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app.
- Apple as third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and on your acceptance Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- Contact. Questions, complaints, or claims about the app go to Bettorly LLC at support@bettor.ly.
19. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Bettorly about the Service and supersede any earlier version.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. If a change is material, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers before it takes effect.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where a different law is required to apply by the jurisdiction you live in. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and Bettorly consent to their jurisdiction — again, except where the law of the place you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
