Common questions
Does Bettorly take bets?
No. Bettorly is an analytics tool. We don’t accept wagers, hold funds, or sell picks, and we’re not affiliated with any sportsbook. We show how often outcomes have happened historically and what the market is pricing.
A number looks wrong. What do you need from me?
The page you were on, the player or game, the market and line, and what you expected instead. Screenshots help. Odds move constantly, so the timestamp matters too — a line that looks wrong now may have been right when it was captured.
Where do your odds and results come from?
Odds are captured from sportsbooks and prediction markets throughout the day. Game results and player stats come from official league sources. Archive pages are frozen records of what was offered before a game, not live prices.
I can’t sign in.
Sign-in uses a link or code sent to your email — there’s no password to forget. Check spam, and make sure you’re using the same address you signed up with. If the link says it expired, request a fresh one; they’re short-lived by design.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page. We remove your account and everything in it within 7 days and email you when it’s done. If you have a subscription, cancel it first — deleting the account doesn’t stop the billing. If you can’t get into the app, email support@bettor.ly from the address on the account.
How do I cancel my subscription, and can I get a refund?
If you subscribed on an iPhone, cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bettorly. Apple handles App Store refunds, not us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from Settings → Billing in the app. Either way, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you already paid for. Full detail is in the Terms of Use.
Something’s broken in the iOS app.
Tell us your iPhone model and iOS version, and roughly when it happened. The app is a wrapper around the web app, so it helps to know whether the same thing happens in a browser.
Can you tell me what to bet?
No, and we won’t. We publish frequencies and prices, not predictions or recommendations. What you do with them is your call.
Gambling support
If betting has stopped being fun, help is free and confidential. In the US, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, or chat at 1800gamblerchat.org. Bettorly is 21+.
We’re an analytics tool, so we can’t close a sportsbook account or recover funds — your sportsbook handles both, and every licensed book offers deposit limits and self-exclusion.
